Our Plan for School Choice

Which children should be entitled to school vouchers?
Every child attending grades K-12, at any school – public private or religious.

Who should fund and run the voucher program?
Private foundations, funded by tax-credited contributions, will allocate every dollar received toward school vouchers.

What are the minimum standards to be required of participating schools?
Proficiency in the three R's, reading, writing and ‘rithmetic. All else should be left to the parents, in cooperation with the foundations.

What should be the dollar value of each school voucher?
The foundations would determine this and many other details.
